I’m Fredia, a Army Veteran and Professional Claims Education Specialist dedicated to helping veterans understand their VA claims with clarity and confidence. I don’t act as a representative or file claims — I teach you how to read your evidence, interpret VA language, and navigate each step with self‑advocacy and accuracy.

The heart behind this work is simple: veterans deserve clarity, respect, and a claims process they can actually understand. Too many veterans feel overwhelmed, confused, or discouraged when trying to make sense of their evidence or the decisions they receive. I’ve seen how that confusion affects confidence, stress levels, and even a veteran’s willingness to continue advocating for themselves.
I provide structured, easy‑to‑understand education that helps Veterans make sense of their service records, medical documentation, VA decisions, and the claims process as a whole. My role is to teach — not to act on the Veteran's behalf — so THEY stay fully in control of THEIR own claim.
Veterans will learn how to:

This work matters because veterans deserve more than a confusing claims process — they deserve clarity, confidence, and the ability to understand how their story is being evaluated. When a veteran can read their own evidence, interpret VA terminology, and understand the reasoning behind decisions, everything changes. Confusion turns into direction. Stress turns into confidence. And the claims process becomes something they can navigate instead of fear.
Veterans have already carried the weight of service. They shouldn’t have to carry the weight of uncertainty, too.
